Ccount uses manual month-to-month subscription payments. No auto-debit is established.

Each new Ccount company signup receives one calendar month of service at 100% free cost. No automatic debit or recurring card instruction is created during signup.
After the free trial, continued access is offered month-to-month at $29.00 per month.
Subscription payments are made manually by ACH/bank transfer using the subscription payment instructions displayed or provided for the specific Ccount account. Different customer accounts may receive different valid receiving instructions. Ccount does not automatically debit a bank account and does not automatically charge a payment card.
Where the application provides a payment-reference function, the customer may submit the transfer date, amount and reference for review. Subscription access may be activated or extended after payment is confirmed.
If a paid month is not renewed, Ccount may place the account into a grace, payment-due or suspended status. Suspension does not itself delete the customer's bookkeeping records. Access may be restored after the applicable subscription payment is confirmed.
Payment-method dropdowns used in invoices, bills, sales, purchases, income or expenses are recordkeeping fields only. They do not initiate a payment through Ccount and do not store payment-card credentials.
